Wow, so, the Bridal Fair was quite an experience! My sister drove in from Salmon Arm to keep me company in my booth for the day, and she was a lifesaver! The doors opened at 10 am, and while it took awhile for the flood of people to reach us upstairs, when they did it was totally non-stop until the Fashion Show. I met so many great people on Sunday, although it all turned into a bit of a blur by the end of the day. One of my favorite questions to ask brides was if they were overwhelmed yet. Many said “oh, my, am I ever!”. I think it was a bit of a blur for them too… the bags of information they went home with was quite something! lol.
I had a draw at my table for a free session, and the lucky winner is Leanne R!!!! Congratulations, Leanne!
The couch and chairs in my booth were quite a hit, and many people took a few minutes to sit and relax and chitchat. I wish I’d had more time to spend with everyone there! The huge canvas and prints in my booth, as well as the photo tree were big hits.
I have to shout out to Marlene at Awesome Blossom {see second photo} for the incredible bouquet she arranged for my display. It is still stunning almost a week later!!
